Reasonable or excessive? The Court's approach to professional trustee costs
In Pullan v Wilson  EWHC 126 (Ch) the High Court was asked to decide whether a professional trustee's costs were reasonable. The Court considered the charges in some detail and with the benefit of expert evidence. His Honour Judge Hodge QC's judgment provides useful guidance on the subject and instructive reading for all professional trustees.
