Boodle Hatfield has appointed Dennis Ko as a property partner from law firm Kennedys.
Mr Ko has particular expertise in a range of property transactions and sectors including office, retail, industrial and residential development.
Having first served as a solicitor before being made a partner at Kennedys in 2014, Mr Ko is experienced in property development including site assembly, site infrastructure, funding, development agreements and planning.
Mr Ko said he is “excited to be joining the team at a time when London has never been more important to the global real estate market”.
