UK law firm Pemberton Greenish LLP has further expanded its private wealth offering with the appointment of charity specialist Dominic Ribet who joins as a solicitor from Forsters.
Mr Ribet’s appointment follows closely the firm’s merger with private client and residential transactions specialist Brice Droogleever & Co in September of this year.
Mr Ribet’s practice encompasses on-shore UK tax planning matters with a particular focus on Charities Law. He advises on all charitable matters arising from the establishment of charities through to their ongoing administration. His clients include both grant making and specific purpose trusts, such as educational charities and those holding and maintaining historic houses.
