Intertrust in Jersey has appointed an experienced associate director in its corporate services team.
Chris Bowden joins the company from Vistra with 19 years’ experience in the trust and corporate services sectors.
Mr Bowden will look after a portfolio of clients and will provide company administration, director and company secretary services to a diverse range of corporate structures. He will also focus on business development, as Intertrust seeks to grow its Jersey corporate services business.
His previous experience in the offshore finance industry has seen him manage complex corporate structures in multiple jurisdictions with a diverse asset base including mining and exploration, commercial and residential property and e-commerce.

Mr Bowden is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) who holds the STEP diploma in international trust management.
