2017 eprivateclient Top Trust Company Accuro is to open a Zurich representative office as part of an “organic growth strategy”. The new initiative will be led by Kripa Sethuraman as head of family office based in Zurich.
The expansion of Accuro’s Swiss trust and fiduciary footprint follows the firm’s MBO from the Salamanca Group last year and it said was in response to “opportunities offered by the Zurich wealth and estate planning market”.
Accuro added that the expansion would include offering non-fiduciary services by providing ongoing support to wealth owners, family office executives and their advisers in key areas of asset reporting, administration and consolidation as well as risk and project management.
Ms Sethuraman was previously an international partner at the Family Office Exchange (FOX), followed by a role at the Quilvest Switzerland family office. She has worked closely with global wealth owners and advisers on issues ranging from governance and succession planning, to structuring and organisational best practices for wealth and family preservation.
Xavier Isaac, chief executive of Accuro, said: “Kripa brings to Accuro more than 15 years of relevant experience in global family office strategy, consulting, and business development. She will be responsible for developing a broader strategic offering for our clients and we are delighted to have her on the team.”
