UK law firm Edwin Coe have welcomed Andrew Terry as a corporate tax lawyer and Elena Solovyeva as an associate to the firm's tax team.
With over 33 years’ experience as an international corporate tax practitioner, prior to his new appointment Mr Terry worked at international law firm, Withers LLP for almost 12 years.
He specialises in advising businesses to ensure that their international corporate tax structuring is efficient and owners of these businesses in matters such as succession, the use of trusts and asset protection.
Ms Solovyeva, a Russian qualified lawyer, deals with probate and succession issues taking into consideration Russian law, UK legal issues and conflicts of laws. She has experience in Russian litigation and interpretation of Bilateral Investment Treaties, having also previously worked at Withers LLP on private and corporate tax structuring for Russian and CIS clients.
