Ocorian, a 2017 eprivateclient Top Trust Company, has appointed Alan Booth as managing director of its UK business.
Mr Booth was previously global head of product management within Deutsche Bank's corporate services division. Prior to joining the bank he practised as a commercial and corporate lawyer.
In a statement Ocorian said Mr Booth “will play a key role in driving Ocorian's enhanced corporate services offering.”
Ocorian was formed following a management buy-out of Bedell Trust. Since the deal it has made a number of acquisitions across Europe, as well as Africa and the Middle-East - including, most recently, the purchase of Mauritius-based corporate services provider ABAX in February.
