UK regional law firm makes private client partner promotion

Norfolk-based Spire Solicitors has promoted Ejike Ndaji to partner.

Mr Ndaji is based in the Wymondham Office and specialises in all areas of private client law including will drafting, administration of estates, powers of attorney, court of protection work and estate planning. He is also head of the firm’s Charities and Social Enterprise team and is a member of the Charity Law Association. He trained with Overburys, a forerunner to Spire, and qualified as a solicitor in 2013.

At the same time the firm promoted Susan Ward to partner. Ms Ward joined the firm in 2016 and has experience in property related matters, including residential sales and purchases, re-mortgages, land acquisitions, new build conveyancing, Help to Buy Schemes and mortgage security work. Spire said she was “been instrumental in forming the foundations of the New Build team.”

Spire Solicitors was established in 2013, following the merger of three of Norfolk’s most established law firms – Greenland Houchen Pomeroy Solicitors (GHP), Hood Vores & Allwood Solicitors (HVA) and Overbury Steward Eaton & Woolsey Solicitors (Overburys).

Its head offices are in Norwich and it has offices across Norfolk including Attleborough, Aylsham, Dereham, Diss, Long Stratton, Watton and Wymondham.
