Thomas Meier to depart from Paicolex as he sets for retirement after 38-year career

After a 38-year career, Thomas Meier is to retire from Paicolex on 30 June 2018 when he will resign from all Paicolex board appointments.

Mr Meier served his commercial apprenticeship with UBS in Aarau and worked with various Swiss banks afterwards, including 13 years with Rothschild Bank AG in Zurich as head of the trust department, as well as with HSBC Private Bank where he headed the trust company in Zurich.

He joined Paicolex Trust Management AG as an executive director in 2005 and is also a member of STEP and the international tax planning association.
