The team at Vistra Fund Services (Guernsey) Limited has grown, with two new management appointments.
Gail Clark has joined Vistra as manager of the recently established corporate fiduciary team. Having worked in offshore finance for 28 years, Mrs Clark has knowledge and expertise in a diverse range of areas including fund administration, corporate fiduciary, private equity and client relationship management.
Aidan Gallagher also joins Vistra as manager from KMPG. He is a qualified chartered accountant and has recently completed a specialist course in international financial reporting standards.
Mr Gallagher has experience handling complex fund structures and has gained invaluable knowledge of audit practices from his previous roles.
Patricia White, managing director of Vistra, said: “These new appointments are indicative of the continuing growth of Vistra’s senior team. Working with talented individuals is essential to the development of our business and both Gail and Aidan bring valuable experience and expertise to the Guernsey office.”
Vistra provides trust, fiduciary, fund and corporate services and employs over 3300 people, with over 50 of them based in Guernsey. The head office is in Hong Kong.
