The Director of the Colombian Tax Office, José Andrés Romero Tarazona, has announced that a new tax amnesty will be included in the Government's tax bill in the Congress of Confecámaras.
This tax amnesty will allow Colombian taxpayers to report foreign assets not declared in Colombia.
Additionally, the Director of the Colombian Tax Office warned that the corresponding tax audits will be initiated if foreign assets are not reported, considering the information obtained through the exchange of information agreements.
