Intertrust has opened a new office in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
This is the firm’s second office in the UAE, which “perfectly complements our existing office in Dubai and consolidates our position as one of the leading corpoorate service providers in the region”, the firm said.
Intertrust has been present in the UAE for over 17 years, servicing a growing number of international and GCC multinationals. The new Abu Dhabi office, which will be led by Patricia 't Hart-van Rooijen, managing director UAE, will enable the firm to provide its clients with access to the ADGM’s best-in-class independent regulatory framework and a variety of legal structures including its special purpose vehicle (SPV).
Intertrust will operate from 41 offices in 29 of the most important global financial markets.
