UK accountancy firm Saffery Champness has appointed Ian Johnson as director, based in the London office.
Mr Johnson specialises in advising law firms on areas including financial reporting, statutory accounts and audit issues. He regularly advises law firms on SRA Accounting Rules, financial and regulatory compliance, restructuring, internal management reporting, financial forecasting and tax compliance.
He has joined Saffery Champness from Crowe UK where he was a director for almost two years. He has also previously worked for Hazlewoods as a director for eight years and at KPMG as an assistant manager.
Saffery Champness has 82 partners and partner equivalents and over 700 staff across nine UK offices and international offices in Dubai, Guernsey, Geneva and Zurich.
