Law firm Blake Morgan has appointed an experienced new partner to augment its real estate offering in the London market.
Prashant Dave, a specialist commercial property lawyer, has a broad range of experience in property development, landlord and tenant, and the retail and leisure sector with a particular specialism in restaurants. He will join the firm's offices in New Street Square where he will work in the real estate and built environment division's current and future retail and leisure work.
Mr Dave joins from Hilmi + Partners LLP where he was a partner for over seven years, and now joins Blake Morgan where he will work in a team with a client portfolio that includes four of the UK's leading housebuilders, major high street banks, a wealth of corporate owners and occupier clients, and public sector organisations.
Phil Jardine, partner and head of the built environment practice at Blake Morgan, said: "The experience Prashant brings with him in this sector is another excellent addition to Blake Morgan's growing team of Real Estate lawyers across the UK, and will further strengthen our offering in the London market. I am delighted to welcome him to the team."
Blake Morgan’s real estate team has more than 60 lawyers and deals with a wide range of projects across a variety of sectors including commercial and residential development, property investment and asset management, corporate occupier work and rural and agriculture.
