Law firm Morisons Solicitors has appointed Jacqueline Tainsh as a senior solicitor within the firm’s private client team.
Previously with Harper Macleod, Ms Tainsh will specialise on working with adults with incapacity, wills, executries and powers of attorney. An affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, she is also a member of the Scottish Law Agents Society and the Young Lawyers Association.
At the same time, Morisons has hired Stephen Clark and George Paschakis.
Mr Clark joins the business team as a senior associate. Previously with MBM Commercial, he specialises in corporate, commercial, investments, private equity, start-ups and spin-outs, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and IP.
Mr Paschakis has been appointed marketing executive. He joins from One Accounting where he spent five years.
