Zedra has appointed Jacqueline Shek and Stella Tong as executive director trust services and executive director family office services respectively, both based in Hong Kong.
Ms Shek has 18 years of experience specialising in tax, trust and private wealth structuring. She also has much experience working with families, professional advisers, banks and trustee companies in setting up, administering, restructuring and defending private trust and charitable arrangements for Asian families. She was previously associate general counsel at HSBC for five years.
Meanwhile, Ms Tong has 30 years of experience in private client and corporate advisory and structuring. She has advised clients on project financing and as a wealth management consultant, she has assisted private clients, delivering structuring solutions across corporate, commercial, trusts and private wealth planning environments.
