Marbral Advisory, the largest independent change management practice in the Channel Islands, has created two new leadership roles in response to the growing demand for its services in the British Isles and Europe.
Leonie McCrann has been appointed chief executive for the British Isles and Alexsis Wintour, founder, will now move to the new role of chief executive for Europe.
The new leadership roles will allow Marbral Advisory to continue to focus on the Channel Islands, whilst supporting an increasing demand for its services in the Isle of Man and the UK. In addition, the new European role is an opportunity for the company to build on its existing experience in Luxembourg and Malta, whilst developing the business further into new markets and sectors.
Ms McCrann joined Marbral Advisory in 2015 as a principal. Since joining the company, she has led several transformational change programmes for clients across a wide range of industry sectors and has developed digital, cybersecurity, and regulatory change service lines to support their business requirements.
Mr Wintour, founded Marbral Advisory with Martin Bralsford, non-executive director, four years ago. Since then, it has grown from a change and project management provider in Jersey, to a full-service change practice; specialising in digital, people, cultural, and organisational change.
