The International Family Law Group (IFLG) has promoted Emma Nash, Stuart Clark and Michael Allum to partner.
Ms Nash is a solicitor advocate, who represents clients in London and the surrounding areas in a range of family law issues. She specialises in complex divorce and financial cases as well as cases involving children. Ms Nash has worked at IFLG since 2016 and previously worked at Spring Law for six years, where she qualified as a solicitor.
Mr Clark began his career as a barrister and was called to the bar in 2006, before qualifying as a solicitor. He specialises in financial and forum matters. He has worked at the firm for over nine years and prior to this worked at Reynolds Porter Chamberline.
Mr Allum works predominantly in the divorce, forum and finance team and much of his work involves complex cross border cases with a specialism in issues involving financial provision in the English court following an overseas divorce. He joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2011.
Founded in 2007, IFLG is a solicitor’s practice focused on the interests of international families. It is headquartered in Covent Garden, London and now employs over 24 individuals.
