Scottish law firm Ledingham Chalmers has merged with north-east Scotland solicitors and estate agents, Gray & Connochie. The merger was effective from the 1 July 2018.
The agreement increases Ledingham Chalmers’ number of staff from 11 to 164, which includes 32 partners. Prominent members of staff joining from Gray & Connochie include partners Julie Longmuir and Fiona Thomson, consultant Ken Shaw, senior solicitor James Florance and newly qualified solicitor Jenna Hendry and these additions will add to the firm’s private client offering.
Gray & Connochie partner Roy Adams is retiring.
