Global offshore law firm Ogier has appointed senior litigator advocate Rebecca McNulty to its Jersey dispute resolution team.
Experienced in commercial litigation, contentious trust, regulatory work, property related disputes and insurance litigation including high value personal injury and professional indemnity claims in particular, Ms McNulty joins the team headed by partner Nick Williams.
Ms McNulty spent just under ten years in the disputes team as a senior associate at Bedell Cristin in Jersey prior to joining Ogier and is qualified in both Jersey and England & Wales, having trained with Hill Dickinson in Liverpool.
Mr Williams said: "Rebecca is a welcome addition to the team, bringing with her many years of experience and a very strong reputation across a broad range of commercial litigation matters, particularly insurance-related disputes.
Ogier provides advice on the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey and Luxembourg law through a network of offices that also includes Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo.
