UK law firm Sherrards has appointed Caroline Vernon, previously of counsel at CMS Cameron McKenna, as a partner in its private residential real estate team.
Ms Vernon has over 15 years of experience of banking, mixed use developments, portfolio sales and purchases and working with ultra-high net worth clients.
In her new role at Sherrards, Ms McKenna will be advising UK based and international high net worth individuals, developers and financial institutions.
Managing partner Alasdair McMillin commented: “Caroline will be a fantastic addition to our existing team, headed by partners Asha Ngai and John Brian.
“Being able to attract someone of Caroline’s experience and legal skills is testament to the quality of Sherrards’ client base and the opportunities we can offer for interesting and challenging work.”
