Global fiduciary service provider - Intertrust - has expanded its footprint into Australia through the acquisition of Seed Outsourcing.
Seed Outsourcing is a boutique Australian corporate and fund services firm, providing corporate secretarial, director, domiciliation and payroll services to private equity and real estate fund managers.
Intertrust, named as one of the 2018 eprivateclient Top Trust Companies, has been working with Seed Outsourcing for over five years, enabling Intertrust's existing global clients to grow their business in Australia and New Zealand. Seed Outsourcing is based in Sydney and the team will continue to be led by founder Stephen Tamas.
Having a dedicated Intertrust presence in Australia is important for its clients already investing in the region or planning to do so, the firm said. In addition, it also gives Intertrust the opportunity to better serve its clients operating in Australia and New Zealand.
As a combined group, Intertrust will now operate from 40 offices in 29 jurisdictions around the world.
