Law firm Ward Hadaway has expanded its private client team with the appointment of three solicitors across its Newcastle and Leeds office.
Joan Russell, Sarah Adamson and Lily Lynch will advise on all aspects of private client services including estate planning, wills, family trust creation and administration, inheritance tax, succession planning, lasting powers of attorney and probate.
Based in the Newcastle office, Ms Russell has experience of advising clients in connection with the advising and preparation of their wills. She had been with the firm for two and a half years as part of the personal injury unit before joining the private client team. Prior to this, she was an assistant solicitor at Sintons Law in Newcastle for 24 years.
Formerly a trainee with Ward Hadaway, Ms Adamson qualified into the Newcastle team last year and specialises in the administration of high-value estates, high-net worth individuals and other private individuals across the North.
At the same time, Ms Lynch who works out of the Leeds office of Ward Hadaway alongside partner Andrew Evans, joins from Berwins in Harrogate where she was a trainee solicitor.
Ward Hadaway employs more than 450 staff, with over 90 partners, offering a full range of legal services to clients across the private and public sectors as well as bespoke advice to individuals. It operates from three main in offices in Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle.
