Zedra Group has appointed Eileen Yee as an executive director in its Singapore office.
In her new role, Ms Yee will focus on the development of the company’s pan Asian trust business. She has two decades of experience in the Singaporean high net woth wealth management sector, having served at Standard Chartered Trustees, Padang Trust Singapore, Merrill Lynch Bank and Trust Company and UBS.
Ms Yee specialises in delivering structuring solutions for local Asian families with complex asset holdings, including local family businesses as well as larger family trusts, which encompass multi-jurisdictional and multi asset class holdings.
Ms Yee said: “Successful Asian families often have very specific needs which are not always catered for by traditional providers. Increasingly, what is needed are innovative, imaginative solutions, which groups such as Zedra are ideally placed to deliver, due to their independent ownership structure and lack of dependence upon one group.”
Managing director for Zedra Singapore, Wendy Sim, added: “Eileen has an established and respected track record of delivering original solutions which recognise the specific needs of complex Asian families, in particular in areas such as succession planning too.”
