Law firm Osborne Clarke has strengthened its international tax offering with the appointment of tax specialist Job van der Pol as partner and head of its tax team in the Netherlands.
Previously he was at law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he worked as counsel for more than 13 years in Amsterdam. Mr Pol advises on the tax aspects of M&A and real estate transactions, including structuring and negotiating cross-border investments; and regularly works with US and other multinational clients on their European tax issues.
Osborne Clarke’s international tax team advises on all manner of taxation issues, from investment funds, corporate transactions and property tax, right through to employee and expatriate services, private client, disputes and VAT.
